Renting a condo with the size range from 1275 - 1,368 sf, 3 bedrooms, fully furnished unit in Seri Maya will cost about RM2,800 - RM3,200 per month depends on the furnishing & condition of the unit. While renting a master bedroom will cost about RM1,200-RM 1,500 per month, 2nd bedroom RM 900-RM 1,200 and 3rd bedroom will cost about RM 700-RM 900. Renting a room separately will need to share the common areas like living hall, dining hall and bathrooms with others.
